Made from cow\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s milk, natural and whole, pasteurized, coming from the Frisian breeds and their crosses, Galician blond and alpine brown. It is a soft pasta cheese, made with pasteurized milk, it has a minimum maturation period of 6 days.

Product Presentation

They come in pieces of 0.5 to 3.5 kg, their diameter is between 100 and 250 mm and at a height between 50 and 120 mm. Lenticular or cylindrical shape with rounded edges.

Sensory Features

Thin and elastic crust, medium to dark yellow, bright, clean and smooth. Uniform color paste, between ivory and pale yellow, bright in appearance and without cracks. Eyes small and angular rounded of irregular distribution.
